The first thing you should get into is creating and owning your Clickbank account. Go to www.clickbank.com and click on ‘Create Account’ to get started. Fill in your basic information which includes your personal information, bank information, and account information. Then you need to confirm your email, after which you are good to go. It is that simple!
 

STEP NUMBER TWO: Finding the Niche

The next thing after signing up is finding that best niche by going to the ‘Affiliate Market’ place on the website. You will be able to navigate there from the bank end of the website. On your left side of the computer screen, go down to see all the available niches you can jump into. On the other hand, you can just click on the ‘Search' button on the page to get a list of products sorted by popularity. 

For the particular method we are going to do, that is, the kind of traffic source we are going to be using, the best niche is Internet business. However, the 3 best niches I recommend on Clickbank are Internet Business, Health Fitness, and Software. But for the sake of this knowledge box, we are going to focus on Internet business (Internet Marketing, How to Make Money Online, etc.).

For the example we have set for ourselves here, go ahead to click on E-Business and we can find a product. I have pre-picked a product from this niche that we will work with but here is a brief explanation of what all of this means.

 Selecting the Right Product

At the top, you would likely have product sets of making the most money and one thing you should look for on this page is the gravity. You want to make sure the product has a good gravity and the reason you want to make sure that it has a good gravity is that it means that people are selling these products. For example, where you find a product that 30 people have made commissions in the last 30 days, you are assured that people are making money promoting that particular product.

Another thing to look out for is the actual ‘Sales page’ of the product. If the sales page is good enough and you think you can buy into it, then it is reliable to say that it is a good sign. Some of the things to consider for a good sales page include fascinating sales headliner, short but quality product video, a click button link, testimonials, privacy, etc.

Once you find an offer you are interested in, check out the traffic stats using SimilarWeb. S product website or link page that attracts an average of 50,000 should be considered good enough as it suggests the product is well in demand. SimilarWeb will also provide you with stats demographical results you can utilize in your promotion campaign. Next is to use search engines like Google to research relevant keywords on your chosen product.

1. It is in the ‘Make Money Online’ niche.

2. I can get about 70% of the commissions from each sale.

3. They have a lot of things to make money from; that is, multiple commission payouts through different packages.

5. It has high return yields.

For this product, the first offer is a $5 for 10 – 15 minutes survey, the second offer is $30 plan for one hour spent on focus groups and panels, the third offer is $15 - $30 for 30 – 45 minutes survey and the last offer is $50 for premium surveys. So you can make 70% commissions on any of these plans once people purchase it. So this is the reason why I am using this as an example because it is easy to get sales where you have multiple things you can make money from. So there is a lot of ways you can make money from this particular product and it is really easy to do.

This is another reason why I chose this product because, for example, they have email templates that you can use which is cool. But the best thing about this product and they are the only ones that do this, is that they give you free content to use. So what you are going to be doing is giving away a one-time free trial as free content to get people into your email lists. What is meant by a free one-time trial? This is how it works and this is the kind of layout we are going to be doing. We are going to be getting traffic and we are going to send it to what we call an Optin Page (free offer). STEP THREE: Create an Optin Page

We have to create a page to collect an email. So you know, there are tons of links below the products page where you can get some free templates or receive training on how to use clickfunnels. But let's briefly go over it.

So on clickfunnels, you can create your Optin page. After navigating from the site using the link on the product page, click on the 'Edit page' and you can edit this particular page to connect to an email order responder to collect an email so that you can go and build an email list.  

The standard in this industry is like 20% in terms of the conversion rate for an Optin Page created via clickfunnels, but you can optimize your page and convert at the rate above 70%. This means that out of 100 people you send to this page, an average of 70 people will drop their emails.

You can tweak the example above to suit your taste. Now for you to start collecting emails, you will need to 'Integrate' your email list to your clickfunnels. First, you need to integrate your email order responder into your clickfunnels and you can then you can connect it to a specific page. You can then follow it up by building up your email list. For this, I recommend Getresponse which is an email marketing software and is the best email responder for beginners. It comes with a free 30-day trial. Be sure to go through the know-how on the app to get this done.

 STEP FOUR: Create a Couple Emails

The next step is to create a couple of emails to start promoting this product. Using Getresponse, you can create a workflow from scratch. Go to Automation messages on the app and click on 'Draft' to create an email promo message and make sure you input your Clickbank link in the message. Afterward, go to 'Manage workflow' on the app and click on 'Create workflow' to build from scratch. This link takes you to a page where you click on 'Subscribers' and you can then link your email list to it (you must already have created an email list by now with Getresponse).

Now that your email list is incorporated into Subscribers, you can now create in the workflow chart an automated flow by linking Subscribers with your email promo message. What this does is that when people come to your Optin page and give you their email by clicking the Download button to get your Free Offer, what happens is that they are redirected to your automated workflow (your email promo message). This workflow can be added on with more automated responses (email messages) either by linking again directly to Subscribers or channel flow from your first promo message.

So everything comes back to our layout, that is, generating traffic to the Optin page and after giving the emails, redirected to our Thank you page where we offer them our product to subscribe for. We then put them on our email list. After having them on your email list, you can now send them the Free Offer and get to promote that particular product for as many days as you can and you keep making money for 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and so on. This is how to make thousands of dollars online, having 7 figures per year just doing this type of stuff with Clickbank. With your big email list, you can even use it to promote other things later on and build this huge affiliating marketing system that is fully automated.

So having done an Optin page and set up an email marketing campaign and created a list, the next step is simple but most important. You need to go get some traffic!

 STEP FIVE: Get Traffic

Before you start getting excited about kinds of stuff like Facebook or Instagram marketing, let it sink in that we are not going to be talking these methods. These platforms are pretty expensive and you want to stay away for now until you get to that stage of real professionalism. But I am going to give you one method that still works extremely well today and there are still plenty of people using this traffic method. I will also quickly jump on some figures to show you how much money you can earn from this and then reveal to you some other traffic sources.

Let's jump straight into traffic with Solo Ads. What Solo Ads do is buying traffic from people. So they have an email list where you can buy like, say 100 clips for example for a certain rate. My recommendation for Solo Ads would be www.udimi.com and this should not be confused with the learning course website (Udemy). You can navigate this site and click on people to purchase Clicks. They are Clicks from people who already have email marketing lists in the Make Money Online industry. Once you sign up, you can go down the page and drop your Optin page link in the box there and you can purchase from 50 to 1000 visitors. I won't advise you to stick to one traffic source though. Use as many traffic sources you can lay your hands on but Solo Ads is a very good traffic source for beginners. You can also find Solo Ads groups on Facebook and get your Clicks cheaper there.

So assuming you bought 100 clips for $35 and you got emails from like 40% of them. So 40% (40 persons) of them go into your email list and check out your offer on the product. Let's say that 5 persons out of the 40 buy the $15 for a 10 – 15-minute offer, this means you get $52.5 commission per purchase through those persons. So if the persons decided to continue with a monthly purchase of that product, you would be getting $52.5 every month from that those persons. Remember you staked $35 as an investment to get traffic. So let's say on day 2, another 3 persons make a purchase of the $30 an hour on focused groups and panels offer, you get to make $63! Now subtract your cost of $35 from your sales commissions so far and you know what you get. The fascinating thing is that you can continue to make more sales on day 3, day 4, and so on. The important goal is to quickly break even and make as much profit as you can so you have an email list you have built for free. With the spelled out approach here, 40% is pretty achievable.

The main course at Clickbank University is $47.The other thing on offer is Clickbank University live and this is a $47 a month program. If you clicked on this offer, you would be taken to the sales page where you can click on the green box to make a purchase. But here is one thing to take note of, which is that there is a written note just above the green box and if you ‘check’ the written note before placing your purchase order, you are going to be paying $47 a month for the live session. This is one live training webinar per week to get all your questions answered; all the Q&A kind of kinds of stuff. If you want this, keep the written note checked. But if you don't want to pay the $47, just click the purchase order green box and ignore the written note, and it will take you to the order form. There you can pay and you are all set. So that is the rundown on the first fronting product. 

The next thing the university is going to offer you is the Clickbank Builder. What this is is that it is a Webpage builder; whether that is Optin pages, Sales pages, Pre-self pages or even Membership pages, which is cool because it is $297 cost payment times 2. This means it is two payments of $297; one time when you order now and the next is 30 days from the first order. So it is either $297 two times (total of $$594), or decline it to take the next offer which comes at 7 payments in $97 per payment which aggregates to $679.

The next offer after this from the university is the $97 advance training. This is just a case study teaching you how they put together Clickbank University and what they did to retain customers and all that stuffs. Once you log in for the Clickbank University program, you are limited to access for the first 3 weeks. But if you want to unlock all the training, you will have to go to the dropbox under ‘Vendors' on the website and then provide your name and email that you purchased with. Afterward, go back to ‘Your Library' and open up all access. So if you want to digest everything from start to finish, that is what you need to do. But if you want to take the course week by week, you can just stick to it without unlocking your access.

The first thing you get on opening the website is a welcoming video and relevant information is on your left side of the screen. If you did purchase the upsells, you can go to the box ‘OUR COMMUNITY’ and register for the live training under it. The live training is done once a week for the live training sessions. You can also access the Clickbank forum and can log in to the Clickbank Builder if you purchased it using any of the 2 payment offers.

Outside the organic traffic that is not included under the Traffic section, there is pretty much value in taking this program. The Vender section is indeed a great resource for product sellers and affiliates who decide to go for it. For the affiliate marketing, you don't need super-advanced information to succeed and the Affiliate section equips you with the basics to be at the top of your game. If you stay consistent with the teachings on Clickbank University, you will get optimal results. Even if you decided to go for the $47 program, you will still be getting a lot of value taking this course.

The Clickbank Builder program is highly recommended if you have the money because you won't have to be paying monthly subscriptions besides the $97 x 7 times or the $297 x 2 times one-off payments. A lot of other similar programs like Clickfunnels are paid for every month forever; you don't get to just pay it off.  More so, Clickbank Builder has membership areas where you can build up membership sites and that is kind of cool. So if you plan to be at this for the long haul, it is a pretty good value.
